The Villa
Villa Floresco is a family holiday home located in the charming town of Nerezine, Croatia. Our villa boasts a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. Our villa is equipped with air conditioning in each room, LCD TV, WiFi, BBQ, and a table tennis table for your entertainment.
Ground Floor
The ground floor of Villa Floresco consists of a spacious kitchen and dining room. The kitchen features a fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the cooking equipment you would require.
There is separate sitting area, with a large LCD TV streaming Netflix, Amazon prime etc. The large corner sofa converts into a double bed. At the end of other end of the corridor is a fully fitted bathroom, with a walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. This bathroom also includes a washing machine.
First Floor
The first floor consists of the master bedroom and two other double rooms. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and opens out onto a large terrace with sea views. The other two bedrooms consist of double beds and sea views.
At the end of the corridor is a modern bathroom with a walk in rain shower.
Outside area
Enjoy the large outside patio for dining or relaxing and soaking up the peace. There is a large glass dining table, sun loungers, a large sun umbrella and a BBQ. The garden is sympathetically done to the natural surroundings and areas.
